CANCELING AN ORDER

The food at Golden Roots Kitchen is made from the highest quality ingredients available and is made to order. We kindly ask that any cancellations are communicated as soon as possible so that we may adjust accordingly and avoid waste. 

Golden Roots Members have until Friday at noon for a full order refund. For any orders canceled after Friday at noon, you will receive a 50% credit to your Golden Roots account. 

If you are a Golden Roots Member and you need to make a change to your existing order, feel free to do so at any time by reaching out to us! We are always happy to help when we can. 

A La Carte Clients can make changes and cancel orders until 5pm on Thursday, the day orders are processed. Any changes or cancellations after 5pm on Thursday cannot be refunded.
