Curried Carrot Soup with Kaffir Lime and Coconut
Keeps well for one week. Gently warm over medium low heat, stir frequently. We love to use this soup as a base to add whatever sautéed veggies we have on hand. This soup also pairs really well with sautéed shrimp, crab or seared flakey white fish. Toss it in and enjoy!

Sweet Potato Pesto Picnic Salad
Best within 3 days. This salad can be eaten at room temperature (not straight from the fridge:) or if you prefer you can gently warm. If warming best to remove the fresh mint and the egg. Heat just the potatoes and peas in an oven covered at 350 for 10 minutes or sauté on a warm pan for a few minutes. Top with pesto dressing, mix and enjoy!

Chilled Sweet Potato & Buckwheat Noodle Salad
Best within five days. Enjoy at room temperature. We recommend seasoning to taste and adding a squeeze of lime or a splash of rice vinegar. These noodles do have protein from buckwheat but you can boost it with grilled meat or fish of your choice.

Fogline Farms Italian Sausage Ragu
Best within 3-4 days. Bring a heavy bottom pan to medium high heat. Toss in the zoodles and ragu and stir frequently for a couple minutes. For firmer noodles keep the cooking time shorter and pull them off the heat when they still have a good bite. If you like them softer, continue cooking until tender.

Sun-Dried Tomato and Jalapeno Dip
Best within one week. This makes a great dip for crackers and is awesome spread on this weeks’ bread. We also love it as a sauce for noodles or grains or as a spread on a chicken sandwich. Roast some veggies and top with a dollop. Tell us how you use it!

Oyster Mushroom, Tomato and Caramelized Onion Frittata
Keeps well for one week. Warm in oven or toaster oven preheated to 350F for 8-10 minutes or until warmed through. Enjoy with some greens for a great breakfast or lunch.

Keeps well for up to one week. Sear both sides for 2 minutes on a warm pan or toast in an oven at 400 covered for 8-10 minutes. These are great with a dollop of this weeks’ sun-dried tomato spread. Make your own lettuce wraps or burger and top with red onion, avocado, dijon or your favorite toppings.
