Oven: Pasture-raised eggs baked with rosemary roasted red potatoes, caramelized onions, sautéed spinach, feta cheese, finished with fresh herbs and our freshly made pesto. Hanloh Shiitake Mushroom Sticky Rice Stuffing

Oven: Comforting and umami rich sticky rice stuffing with shiitake mushrooms, carrot, celery, and ginger! Place in an oven safe covered pan in a 350 degree pre-heated oven. We like to use a cast iron. Add a splash of water and cook for about 6 mintutes. Uncover and cook for another 5 till brown and golden on top. Serve and enjoy!
