Best within four days. Heat up a skillet with oil over medium-high heat and warm the sopes until they soften up. They should be crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Assemble everything and enjoy!Toast up the sope (tortilla) to be crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Top with Rancho Gordo refried beans, crunchy cabbage and radish and a slightly spicy avocado and tomatillo salsa and feta. Maria's Sope with Cider Braised Pulled Pork and Avocado Salsa

Best within four days. Warm the pork and beans for about 7 minutes. We recommend adding a teaspoon of water to the beans so they don't stick to the pan.

While those are heating, prep another skillet with oil over medium-high heat and warm the sopes until they soften up. The sope should be crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Assemble everything and enjoy!
