Best within five days. Heat an oven to 350 degrees. Place Polenta on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Alternatively, place polenta in a saucepan over medium heat and stir 3 tablespoons of cream. stir until mixture becomes creamy.

Non-GMO organic corn grits are cooked in a homemade mineral rich vegetable stock and infused with fresh corn, thyme, parsley and sheep's milk Pecorino.
