In a saute pan over medium heat, add oil or butter of your choice. Then add the butternut squash and sweet potato hash with mushrooms and turkey and saute until heated through- for crispy hash add turkey sausage and allow to sit in the pan for a few extra minutes without flipping. Once heated through, add baby spinach and stir until incorporated and baby spinach has wilted a bit. Top with rosemary-tahini and serve with eggs your way!

In one pot, bring a quart of water to a rolling boil and add in noodles. Reduce to a simmer and cook noodles for 5-7 minutes. Carnitas Fajita Taco Kit

Heat a large cast-iron pan over high heat, add a little oil and allow to coat the entire pan. Once the oil is hot, add in your fajita veggies and your carnitas. Stir around quickly and then let sear on one side for a minute or so and repeat until veggies are tender and have a nice caramelized color. Add fajita seasoning and stir to coat the veggies completely. Then add the whipped cilantro lime butter and stir to incorporate. Once the butter has melted, turn off the heat and squeeze lime over the top. Warm tortillas through and serve with the fajitas and cilantro.
