Agrodolce Delicata Squash Salad with Arugula, Pecans and Ricotta

Keeps well for three days. Just toss arugula with dressing and then top with pecans and ricotta.

Herbed Gazpacho with Basil and Cucumber

Best within two days. This soup is intended to be eaten at room temperature. So excited about the super sweet little dry farmed tomatoes in this soup!

Chez Panisse Lamb Stew with Tart California Apricots

Keeps well for five days. Bring to a  simmer in a small pot for a few minutes. This lamb was 100% grass fed in Davenport (well they also ate brussels sprouts and pumpkin too) and it was butchered by our friends at Fogline Farm. We’re feeling pretty grateful!

Black Bean & Buckwheat Jalapeno  Burgers with Feta, Slaw and Red Pepper Sauce

Keeps well for up to five days. Best served warm. Warm in an oven at 400 for 7-10 minutes or on a hot frying pan for a few minutes on each side.

Sweet Corn, Sungold Tomatoes, Basil and Gruyere Frittata 

Keeps well for up to one week. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350° and heat for 7-10 mins, or until heated through. The cake should be lightly browned and crispy on the outside. Serve with a side salad dressed in a bright vinaigrette.

Keeps well refrigerated for ten days. Best served any way you want them :) If you want to warm them up do so at 325 for 5-8 minutes.
