Roasted Poblano and Potato Soup in a Hominy and Turmeric Mineral Broth

Stovetop: A chunky, creamy soup, loaded with vitamins, minerals and some immune-boosters like turmeric and a mineral-rich vegetable broth. This soup is made creamy by puréeing Rancho Gordo sprouted hominy in a vegetable broth for a luxuriously dairy-free soup. Place in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently. Serve and enjoy!

Ready To Eat: We're so excited about these beautiful beans from Rancho Gordo. We start by soaking the beans overnight with a splash of apple cider vinegar (to aid in digestion) and then slow simmer them to creamy perfection with bay and garlic. The tender beans are dressed in garlic-infused olive oil and local Point Reyes Farmstead Blue Cheese. A "farmstead cheese" is made from the milk of animals who live on the property where the cheese is made. To finish, we top the salad with Italian parsley and sprouted walnuts. Place all ingredients in a salad bowl and toss!

Crispy Baked Polenta Bites over Rocket with whole Basil and Spade and Plow Tomatoes

Stovetop: Made with fried shallots, fresh thyme and goat cheese. Warm your olive oil in a cast iron pan. Sear each side of the polenta bites to get crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside goodness. Serve over a bed of young arugula with whole basil, local tomatoes and a side of greek dressing.

Oven: A sweet and savory muffin! Here we pair protein-rich almond flour and cornmeal with Straus Greek Yogurt to create a muffin that is cornbread-like in texture and sweetened with a touch of maple syrup plus local berries. Warm in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 6-8 minutes. Serve sliced open with melted ghee on top.

Stovetop: Hanloh makes all of their curry and spice blend in-house. This curry sauce is a bit spicy but the squash and peppers are naturally sweet. Coconut milk and kabocha squash give the sauce a more creamy texture. Place in a saucepan over medium low heat, stirring frequently. Do not boil! Serve and enjoy!
