Sticky Toffee Walnut Date Nut Muffins

This is a super fun Tartine riff of sticky date pudding with Toffee sauce. We changed up the process a bit to create fluffy yet indulgent caramel nut muffins. Walnuts are tossed with our Stuass milk- house made caramel sauce and baked in an oat date pudding batter. Great toasted!
