Miso Ramen with Baby Bok Choy & Shiitake

Best within five days. To cook noodles, bring water in a pot to boil and then add noodles, reducing to a simmer and cooking for 8 minutes. While noodles are cooking, empty contents of the jar into a saucepan and heat over medium high heat for about 15 minutes. For a more brothy ramen, add a half cup of extra water and salt to taste. Lastly, strain and add cooked noodles. Enjoy!
