Maria's Picadillo with Sprouted Brown Rice and Wilted Spinach

Best within three days. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spread the rice and picadillo onto a baking sheet, about half an inch thick. Bake for 10 minutes, and then remove and mix the spinach in with the rice. Baking for another 7 minutes.
