White Wine Braised Turkey Legs

Seared and slow braised in a classic mirepoix until tender. In an oven safe dish, add turkey legs, sauce and vegetables. Cover with a lid and bake for 25-35 minutes. In the last then minutes, uncover and finish roasting so the turkey gets a little color. Best within 5 days. Cranberry and Orange Brined Turkey Breast

Rosemary and Thyme Lions' Mane Steaks

Pan roasted in butter until well browned. Herbaceous and juicy. In a cast iron or any pan, heat over high heat and add a little olive oil. Once the oil is hot, add the lions mane steaks and sear both sides. Once both sides are seared, add butter and let it brown just a little. Serve warm and enjoy!Best within 5 days. Crispy Garlic Mashed Potatoes

A classic garlic mashed potato- with a hint of tang from Straus greek yogurt, oven baked in cast iorn for crispy, caramelized edges. On a baking sheet, bake crispy potatoes at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Crunchy Green Bean and Radicchio Salad

Quick blanched green beans with deeply caramelized red onion, shaved radicchio and crumbled walnuts and shallot dijon vinaigrette. Serve at room temp or warm. Best within 5 days. Ghee Roasted Maple Carrots

Seared carrots with a sweet and savory cinnamon yogurt dressing topped with pan toasted dates and pumpkin seeds. On a baking sheet, lay carrots out and roast at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Salted Honey Brussels Sprouts

Marinated brussels are ready to roast and top with crispy panchetta, tangy pomegranate seeds and a salted honey dressing. (Brussels are packed raw for freshness.) Best within one week. Pre-heat oven to 400. Roast brussel sprouts for 15min and in the last five minutes, top with pancetta and put back in the oven to crisp up the pancetta. Brussel Sprout Breakfast Hash with Sage Turkey Sausage and Hollandaise

Caramelized fennel and roasted red potatoes and pink lady apples. House made sage turkey sausage with a tangy "hollandaise sauce." Egg ready (but not included.) Best within three to four days. Pre-heat a pan over high heat. Add a little oil to the pan and add the hash. Cook until pieces are crispy and heated through.
