These delicious galettes are made from Bob's Red Mill gluten free flour and Straus Farms butter to make our flaky and oh so tender pie dough. Then each galette get filled with almond paste (also known as frangipane) and topped with sliced apples. Lamb Kofta Kebabs with Tahini Yams and Pomegranate Gremolata

New GRK Dish! Best within four days! Heat an oven to 250 degrees. Arrange kebabs on an oiled baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes. For the creamed yams, place in an oiled skillet and cook over medium heat, folding with a spatula frequently.
