Best within 2-3 days. We start by toasting a plethora of warming spices to create our homemade chai and then blend activated cashews in filtered water to create a dairy free chai latte. We add chia whicg soaks overnight in house made almond milk. The next day its layered with lightly cooked apples for a complete ready to eat meal.
