Creamy Corn & Coconut Ramen Kit

New GRK Ramen Kit! Best within five days. Heat soup base in a medium sauce pan over medium heat. While broth is warmed up, bring 2 quarts of water to a boil. Add in brown rice noodles then reduce to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes or until desired tenderness. Once noodles and broth are ready, combine and add in toppings.

We start with an umami rich dashi broth, fortified with corn cobs, dried mushroom, kombu and savory coconut milk. Then its finished with charred broccolini, corn and a touch of lime juice. Summer Shakshuka with Baby Squash, Basil and Feta

Shakshuka is a Middle Eastern dish made from spiced stewed tomatoes and traditionally topped with baked eggs! It's a really flexible base that you can choose to add an egg to or serve with a grain or pasta of your choice.
