Preheat Oven to 400. In an oven safe dish, add rice to the bottom and place chicken breast on top. Cover and bake for 15- 20 minutes until heated through. Remove cover or lid and pour the caper-lemon sauce over the top of the chicken, bake for another five minutes with out lid. Finely chop parsley salad and garnish over the top of the chicken.
