In a saute pan over medium heat, add oil or butter of your choice. Then add the butternut squash and sweet potato hash with mushrooms and saute until heated through- for crispy hash add turkey sausage and allow to sit in the pan for a few extra minutes with out flipping. Once heated through, add baby spinach and stir until incorporated and baby spinach has wilted a bit. Top with rosemary-tahini and serve with eggs your way!

Preheat Oven to 400. In an oven safe dish, add mashes potatoes to one side and place chicken breast on the other. Cover and bake for 15- 20 minutes until heated through.
