Curried Carrot Soup with Kaffir Lime and Coconut

Keeps well for one week. Gently warm over medium low heat, stir frequently.  We love to use this soup as a base to add whatever sautéed veggies we have on hand. This soup also pairs really well with sautéed shrimp, crab or seared  flakey white fish. Toss it in and enjoy!

Sweet Potato Pesto Picnic Salad

Best within 3 days. This salad can be eaten at room temperature (not straight from the fridge:) or if you prefer you can gently warm. If warming best to remove the fresh mint and the egg. Heat just the potatoes and peas in an oven covered at 350 for 10 minutes or sauté  on a warm pan for a few minutes. Top with pesto dressing, mix and enjoy!

Chilled Sweet Potato & Buckwheat Noodle Salad

Best within five days. Enjoy at room temperature. We recommend seasoning to taste and adding a squeeze of lime or a splash of rice vinegar. These noodles do have protein from buckwheat but you can boost it with grilled meat or fish of your choice.

Fogline Farms Italian Sausage Ragu

Best within 3-4 days. Bring a heavy bottom pan to medium high heat. Toss in the zoodles and ragu and stir frequently for a couple minutes. For firmer noodles keep the cooking time shorter and pull them off the heat when they still have a good bite. If you like them softer, continue cooking until tender.

Make your own lettuce wraps or burger and top with red onion, avocado, dijon or your favorite toppings.

Spring Herbs With English Peas and Zucchini

Keeps for one week. Gently warm over medium low heat, stir frequently. If the soup gets too thick as you reheat,  add a splash of water. Pairs well with chopped bacon or pancetta and a slice of our everything bread.

Young Roasted Carrots

Best within 3 days. Remove sprouts and heat a heavy bottom pan on medium high heat. Sear the carrots on 2 sides until nicely browned. Alternatively you can reheat in an oven at 375 for 10 minutes. Top with yogurt sauce and pumpkin seeds. Pairs well with fresh greens or this weeks miso marinated lettuce wraps.

Italian White Bean Soup

Best within one week. Warm gently over medium low heat stirring frequently. We found that after refrigerating this soup it  really wanted a generous pinch of salt and a squeeze of lemon so please season to taste!

Miso Marinated Chicken Wraps

Please eat immediately. Bring dressing to room temperature and shake to combine. Drizzle over wraps. These guys turned out pretty delicate served on butter lettuce so you may need a knife and fork. (We’ll do some more R&D to offer them a little differently next time:)

Coconut Red Lentil Soup

Best within one week of receiving. Warm gently, stirring frequently over medium  low heat (contains coconut Milk so careful not to boil.)

Thai Quinoa Grain Bowl with a Tamarind and Almond Dressing

Best within 5 days of receiving. This salad can be enjoyed at room temperature or warmed (we like it warmed- the better option for tempramental digestive systems!) To heat, warm a heavy bottom pan on medium. Use a little oil on the pan (coconut or avocado is oil) and quickly stir fry the grains and veggies keeping them moving. Once the cabbage is softened remove from heat. You can warm the dressing in the same pan quickly and then drizzle over salad.
