Stovetop: A regional Tamale from the beloved foodie Oaxaca region, these tamales are made with a blended black pean and roasted pepper mix along with Sheep's milk feta. In a saucepan over medium heat bring two cups of water to a gentle boil under a steamer basket. Place tamales in steamer basket, cover and bring to a gentle simmer to steam tamales in their husks.
