Miso Ramen with Baby Bok Choy & Shiitake

Stovetop: A twist on our original recipe with a detoxifying and probiotic rich broth. Loaded with veggies including; baby bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, and julienned carrots, lightly sautéed in sesame oil and smoked paprika lending deep flavor, while minced ginger adds a bright and slightly spicy note. Note: Noodles are packaged separately. Warm broth in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently. In a separate saucepan bring water to a boil and submerge noodles. Heat for about 6 minutes then drain and rinse with cold water. Serve with heated miso broth.

Oven: Bone in chicken breast and thigh is lightly tossed in rice flour and baked with a traditional lemon piccata sauce (white wine, capers and lemon.) We pair the bright and tangy chicken with our date and almond Persian rice. Place rice and chicken and piccata sauce in a covered baking dish in a pre-heated 350 degree oven. Warm for about ten minutes. Serve and enjoy!
