Papaya Smoothie with Mango and Lime

Best within three days. Take me to the beach! Papaya is poised for its digestive benefits as well as its slimming effect on the waistline. We blend the papaya and mango until smooth (so you get the full benefits of its fiber) and mix it with fresh pressed red apples and tangy lime juice. Fogline Farm Bone Broth with Toasted Garlic and Lime

Dark Chocolate Dipped Pomegranate and Orange Pate de Fruit

An offering from our neighbors at Ashby Confections in Scotts Valley. These lovely bites are made with fresh fruit from Twin Girl and Frog Hollow Farm straight from our local farmers market. The fresh juice is then made into a soft and delicious pate de fruit, layered with a creamy marzipan and then dipped in a luxurious dark chocolate.
