Ready to Bake Socca Batter with Whipped Garlic Yogurt and Herbs

preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Warm a cast iron or non-stick pan over medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil, then pour batter in. Cook until small bubbles begin to appear, and then finish in the oven for 10 minutes or until desired crispiness. Best within 5 days.

Socca is a French flatbread made from ground chickpeas, so its loaded with protein and fiber! We are pairing it with a whipped garlic and tangy Strauss greek yogurt sauce and herbs. To cook, start on the stove by pouring ready made batter into a non-stick pan (preferably cast-iron) and finish it in the oven for a warm and delicious anytime meal. Carrot-Ginger Detox Dressing with Miso

Best within three days. This tangy flavorful sauce is rich in immune boosting raw garlic, ginger and umeboshi, a Japanese food used to rid the body of toxins. Shiitake Miso Ramen with Baby Bok Choy

Best within five days or freeze. Warm contents of soup in a saucepan over medium high heat until it begins to simmer. Meanwhile, cook brown lotus noodles in boiling water for about 7 minutes. For a brothier soup, add some of the hot noodle water to the stock with salt to taste.

Braised Pork Miso Ramen with Baby Bok Choy

A "farmstead cheese" is made from the milk of animals who live on the property where the cheese is made! To finish, we top the salad with Italian parsley and toasty sprouted walnuts. Kate's Kale Salad with Castelvetrano Olives and Garlic Dates

Best within 2-3 days. Inspired by a longtime friend and fabulous home-chef, this dish has us eating salad for breakfast. All the extras really make this one special. Medjool dates are quickly sautéed in garlic-infused olive oil and seasoned with sea salt. Sprouted sunflower seeds and walnuts are toasted to nutty perfection. An Irish classic with a twist. A thick layer of creamy mashed potatoes is topped with a mix of stewed Zucchini, Eggplant, Red Bell Peppers and Sheep's milk Pecorino cheese. Served in a generous square ready to reheat in the oven. (One slice can be split between two for those who prefer smaller portions.)
