Frangipane Galette with Borba Farms Strawberries

With strawberry season off to a great start, we just couldn't wait any longer. Roasted Lamb Meatballs with Herbed Yogurt and Roasted Garlic Hummus

Best within four days. Heat an oven to 350 degrees. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes. Combine greens on a separate plate and add meatballs when does, using the sauce as desired.

We start with a plethora of herbs and spices to make our lamb meatballs. Then we roast them until juicy and tender, and serve then with crisp butter lettuce, fresh persian cucumbers, pickled sumac red onions, herbed greek yogurt and roasted garlic hummus.
