Chilaquiles Frittata with Guajillo Salsa and Sheep's Milk Feta

Best within four days. Warm beans and optional pork protein in separate saucepans over medium heat, folding often. For the ropes, drizzle a skillet with olive oil and warm over medium high heat until edges are firm and golden brown. Garnish as desired.

Toast up the sope to be crispy on the outside and soft in the middle.
