Fogline Farm Bone Broth with Toasted Garlic and Lime

Best within five days or freeze. Anti-inflammatory, antioxidant-rich and gut-healing...a true drink to your health! We start by browning garlic, then toasting fresh ginger and shallot. Then we roast local Fogline Farm chicken bones to cultivate a deep and delicious flavor. Chicken Chili Rojo Enchiladas with Limey Guac and Crema

Best within five days. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees and place th enchiladas on a baking sheet. Cook for 15-20 minutes.

Maria's Raw Goat Cheddar and Sweet Pepper Tamales

Best within one week. Preheat an oven to 375 degrees. Place the tamales on a baking sheet with corn husk intact. For best results, place a cup of water in an oven-safe container in the rack below the tamales. Cook for 15-20 minutes.

Maria's Pico De Gallo with Nopales

Shakshuka with Rancho Gordo White Beans and Feta Cheese

Best within five days. Preheat an oven to 375 degrees. While waiting for the oven to warm, heat a skillet over medium-high heat and drizzle with olive oil. Empty shakshuka contents into skillet and cook for 15-20 minutes. Optional: crack 2-4 eggs into the shakshuka, nestling them on top of the sauce. Then transfer to the oven and bake for 7 minutes.

Shakshuka is a Middle Eastern dish made from spiced stewed tomatoes and traditionally topped with baked eggs!. It's a really flexible base that you can choose to add an egg to or serve with a grain or pasta of your choice.
