Luleh Lamb Lettuce Wrap with Roasted Fingerling Potatoes

Maria's Chicken Chili Verde with Nopales & Stewed Rancho Gordo Beans

New GRK Dish! Best within four days. Heat the chili chicken verde and the beans in two different saucepans over medium-high heat, stirring frequently.

It all starts with the sauce- tomatillos, onion, cilantro and jalapeno stewed together to make a savory and delicious base for the chicken to cook in. Then the breast chicken is braised and pulled, put back into the sauce with steamed nopales and paired with fresh herbs, onion, cabbage and "frijoles de la ollo" (which translates to "beans right out of the pot"). We recommend mixing it all together and enjoy as a stew- grab some tortilla chips and your favorite hot sauce! Pro-Tip from Chef: Simmer chili verde lightly in a pan and crack an egg over the top, cover with a lid and allow the egg to cook until the yolk is perfectly runny! Maria's Sweet Pepper Tamales

Best within one week. Heat an oven to 375 degrees. Place tamales on a baking sheet with a cup of water underneath in an oven-proof container. Bake for 20 minutes.

Miso Sesame Slaw with Aleppo Cashews

Braised Pork Belly Miso Ramen with a Soft Boiled Egg

Best within five days. Empty the contents of the broth jar into a saucepan over medium heat. In a separate saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil and then toss in the brown rice noodles. Reduce heat and cook for 5-7 minutes depending on desire firmness. When noodles are done, rinse under cold water and set off to the side. On a cast iron skillet sear the pork belly on both sides until crispy. Assemble all the contents into the broth saucepan, adding the herbs and soft boiled egg last. Enjoy!
