Ready to Grill Marinated Broccolini with Pepperonata

Instructions: Pan Seared: Heat Cast Iron or medium sized pan over high heat. Add a little oil and allow to heat up, then add broccolini and sear on high heat. Sitr everyonce in a while to allow for searing. But dont over stir or the broccoli will steam and not sear! 

Grilling: Heat grill to 425, add broccolini once grill is hot and cook until desired. For crispy, charred broccolini place on the hottest part of your grill and cook for 8-10 minutes. For lightly grilled, place broccolini in the font and cook for 10-12 minutes.
