Shiitake Miso Ramen with Baby Bok Choy and Fresh Herbs

Best within five days or freeze. Fill a small pot up 3/4 of the way and bring water to a boil. White waiting for that water, empty contents of ramen into another pot and heat over medium. Once the pot with water comes to a boil, add in brown rice noodles and lower to a simmer. Cook for 6 minutes and then drain noodles, reserving a little bit of the warm water to add to the ramen for a brothier soup if desired.

A twist on our original recipe with a detoxifying and probiotic rich broth. Loaded with roasted baby bok choy and shiitake mushrooms braised with ginger, garlic and sesame oil for depth of flavor that make this vegetarian ramen rich and delicious. Pork Belly Miso Ramen with Bok Choy and Fresh Herbs

Best within five days or freeze. Fill a small pot up 3/4 of the way and bring water to a boil. White waiting for that water, empty contents of ramen into another pot and heat over medium. Once the pot with water comes to a boil, add in brown rice noodles and lower to a simmer. Cook for 6 minutes and then drain noodles, reserving a little bit of the warm water to add to the ramen for a brothier soup if desired.

Tandoori Chicken Kebabs with Cilantro Chutney & Coconut Basmati Rice

Best within four days. Warm an oven to 350 degrees. Place kebabs on a baking sheet. Place rice on baking sheet as well, laying it in a 1 inch thick later. Heat for 15 minutes.

Fogline Farm chicken thighs are marinated in a Middle Eastern spiced greek yogurt from Straus Farm and featuring a few of our favorite spices from Oaktown Spice Co.. Then the kebabs are layered with red onion and roasted until golden brown. The kebabs are served with coconut basmati rice and a creamy mint-cilantro chutney.
