Bring a pot of water to a rapid boil, add noodles and reduce to a simmer. Cook noodles for 5-7 minutes. Heat a large cast-iron pan over high heat, add a little oil and allow to coat the entire pan. Once the oil is hot, add in your fajita veggies (and your carnitas). Stir around quickly and then let sear on one side for a minute or so and repeat until veggies are tender and have a nice caramelized color. Add fajita seasoning and stir to coat the veggies completely. Then add the whipped cilantro lime butter and stir to incorporate. Remove cabbage, cilantro and radish from the top of the packaging. Heat saute pan over medium-high heat, add a little oil or butter of your choosing and add chicken, rice and black beans. Saute until heated through, about 7 minutes. Tranfer rice and bean mixture to a plate or bowl, top with mango salsa, dollops of cilantro crema and garnish with cabbage, cilantro and watermelon radish.
