Bring a pot of water to a rapid boil, add noodles and reduce to a simmer. Cook noodles for 5-7 minutes. While the noodles are cooking, heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil or butter of your choosing. Pre-heat a cast-iron or saute pan over medium-high heat. Wet a towel with a little water and gently dab the wet towel onto the sopes to moisten the outside a little.
