Sage Breakfast Sausage Patties with Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Once hot, add sweet potatoes and cook until tender, seasoning as desired. Add spinach afterwards and lighlty cook until just wilted. Goat Cheese Polenta with Opal Creek Early Girl Tomato Sauce

Best within five days.

Pan Fried: Heat non-stick pan over medium heat. Add a little olive oil and place polenta top side down. Allow to sear for 5 minutes or until a nice golden brown crust forms. Heat sauce in a pot over medium heat. Once hot, pour sauce over the polenta and enjoy! 

Soft Polenta: Add cold polenta to a pot, break up with a spoon and add water or milk to get the polenta thinned out. Stir frquently and add more liqiud as needed. The polenta will absorb quite a bit as it heats up, so make sure it doesnt get too thick! To serve, warm tomato sauce in a small pot and pour over soft polenta.

Creamy Corn & Coconut Ramen Kit

Best within five days. Heat soup base in a medium sauce pan over medium heat. While broth is warming up, bring 2 quarts of water to a boil. Add in brown rice noodles then reduce to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes or until desired tenderness. Once noodles and broth are ready, combine and add in toppings.

Best within four days. Lightly drizzle a skillet with olive oil and warm over medium-high heat. Warm some on the skillet until edges are golden brown. In a separate skillet warm the beans and pork over medium heat. Garnish as desired.

Toast up the sope to be crispy on the outside and soft in the middle.
